Hi everyone,
I am using the API of Cell blender.
Currently, I am working on a project on simplified simulation of the release of a neurotransmitter and the interaction with specific receptors. In order to simulate the neurotransmitter (glutamate), I would like to give it the correct shape, but I have some problems to find the correct information to give that shape. For example, integrate the pdb model of it on this section.
I have read other questions (like mcell.freeforums.net/thread/31/pdb-data-synapse) but I still do not know how to do it.
Does anyone know what can I do? If not, does anyone know what can I read in order to fully understand the molecule structure tool section of cell blender?
