Hello, This is my first time posting, and first time trying to use CellBlender for dynamic geometry. I am using the latest stable version of CellBlender from the website. To create the dynamic geometry, I am using a scripting method inside Blender. This is built off of the tutorial on the website. The issue I keep having is that the molecules within the object defined do not follow the shape of the object (I have selected dynamic in the Model Objects panel). The only built in example that runs correctly is Dynamic Geometry (scripted). I think this is because the others are MCell3 based and MCel4 only accepts scripting. The script I am using is the following: DO_Script.txt (1.51 KB) Unfortunately I can't attach the actual Blend file. But I've attached screen shots of the molecule placement and model object panels. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,
I think the issue was the MCell3 vs 4. I used the old package on the website that uses MCell3 and following the same steps i was able to make the dynamic object work. However, in trying to export the tracks of the molecules, the export file is not ASCII, even though the option is selected. As I need the trajectories for further analysis. Any help again would be appreciated.
